FA50 spark plug - where to find one?

I have the manual and it tells me the spark plugs I can use. I've called about every auto place and nobody has them. Can anyone tell me where they get there spark plugs for the Suzuki Shuttle? I have an 85.

thanks!

Bill

You'll have better luck at a Suzuki dealer,

FA50 spark plug - where to find one?

i have a 89 fa50 - went through the same thing- they don't really make the correct plug anymore- but i got a tip from a parts guy who

RACES 50cc supermini's(go carts)-you can go to an auto parts_NOT ONE OF THE BIG CHAINS!- you want an NGK 3611- it is the replace ment for the BP4HS-the only difference tween the plugs is the original spec plug had a pointed electrode-i left might alone but he said you can SAND the electrode into a point if you really want to....

Re: FA50 spark plug - where to find one?

I found this Champion to NGK cross by searching the web on the NGK plug,

Champion L15Y NGK BP4HS

Re: FA50 spark plug - where to find one?

My Autolite catalog shows a #4123 plug for a 85 FA50.

Scott Jorgenson /

A Suzuki dealer is best bet.

They still make them & they come correctly gapped & ready.

Costs $2.50

Re: FA50 spark plug - where to find one?

You can use the plug that ends in HA instead of HS, my dealer told me.
