The fork on my 1991 Tomos LX is frozen. I pushed up the rubber seals and sprayed some carb cleaner in there, no help. Is there a way to fix this?

page 42 of that manual has the fork.. shows you how to disassemble it.
Spray some WD-40 down the tubes and let it sit for awhile. Slowly, try to compress and the shocks. I had the same problem with my Garelli and got them to free in a matter of minutes.
