Wrong side of the engine, you shouldn't have to pull the wheel to fill it It is located just to the rear of the cylinder in front of the crankshaft just before the round part of the bottom end and before the starter /gear cover goes on.

The left brake handle should have .4-.6 inches of play at the far left end. Does yours?
