the wheel spun freely when the kickstart wouldn't kick down. then took off the brake cable (because it was frozen) and fixed the kickstart, i'm thinking either the brake's need some tension to keep them off the wheel/their stuck, or the clutch housing may need fluid.

on the attached picture, is that where i add fluid? and what kind? just gear oil?
