You can remove the old glass, might need a heat gun.
Go to a glass shop and ask them to grind you a new mirror?
As an alternative, you could just glue the new mirror over the old glass.
The rest of the mirror is still in good shape?

Update: one fellow got mirrored plexiglass squares and cut one to fit:
The other fellow bought some cheap plastic vanity mirrors at the dollar store, removed the glass mirror of one (broke the others practising), cut it to fit:
As long as the frame is good, what do you have to lose?
