And I need a set of NS plastics for sure!

I’ll look into the Monza stuff, although I’d need good condition fairings, with no cracks/chips/etc for the molding process. Also the molding process isn’t cheap, and will most likely exceed the value of that bike. So it’s something I can consider in the future, but I’d need to make sure there’s more than 4-5 people interested haha.

The plastics on my monza are in very good shape except for the one behind the seat, which is broken on every single monza I've seen.

Thanks for asking, I was about to update any day now.

So it’s been a long time coming, longer than planned unfortunately. Some trial and error, but me and my buddy/business partner are making sure a quality product gets delivered.

Some recent updates in the last months:

-Designed and 3D printed mounting posts to be casted into the back of the side panels. (Took some time getting it right)

-setup a jig for side panels/trunk lid

-radiator and windscreen mold completed

-carbon fiber windshield test runs

- creating/building website.

All the molds are complete, and my buddy has pulled a few complete sets for me to have a lil headstart when they’re finally ready to sell.

He’s currently designing and fitting the tabs that are on the trunk lid that slide into the little slots near the rear of the seat to prevent any side by side play. Once he gets it right, he’ll cast those tabs onto the trunk lids he’s made so far.

Aside from that. I just have to fit the full kit on the bike, take detailed pictures of all the parts, and list them. I’m about to be ordering shipping supplies here soon as well.

He will be giving me final/updated quotes for labor/materials for each piece (material prices have been fluctuating lately), so I’ll be able to price everything accordingly.

So they’re almost ready. Longer than planned, but that’s how things go sometime.

I have been taking “pre-orders”. Mainly just making a list of people that reached out and are very interested in certain pieces. Once I have everything ready to start shipping, I will be reaching out to those people first and giving them updated prices, and they will have the option to purchase before it’s fully available to everyone.

I will have a few sets on hand when I start shipping, but after a few sets sold, they will be made to order. Turn around time will be quick and they’ll be made and sent out asap. Shipping times will be updated with any order volume changes, but right now I’m aiming to keep order fulfillment under 1-2 weeks.

About 25- 30 pieces can be pulled from each mold before the mold needs to be repaired or replaced. Since that’s the case, I will temporarily stop taking orders on certain pieces once 25 are sold. That way, there’s not people waiting for their order for a long time due to new molds needing to be made and whatnot.

There’s about 12 people on the list right now that want a variety of different parts, just a heads up!

So anyone that is super interested that hasn’t reached out to me yet, should message me and let me now which parts they would like. And when everything’s finally ready, I can contact them with the final updated prices of the products they want.

I’m gonna try my very best to get this out and rolling this next month (November). I will post updates when they release date is approaching.

Here’s a look at the 100% carbon fiber windscreens. This was a test run, but the final product will have a V-shaped pattern meeting down the middle, so it’s symmetrical with the bike (like the piece underneath the windscreen in that one pic below)

I believe Solid fiberglass versions will be made too upon request, but I personally think the carbon fiber windscreen is more fitting with a fiberglass headlight fairing.

And kinda unrelated, but my buddy and I have also been working on molds/test runs for puch e50/za50 flywheel covers in 100% Carbon fiber.

These should be available for purchase soon as well. Pictured is the 2 piece split mold, and the first test run cover. Some fine tuning needs to be done, but they should be ready soon as well.
