FS: 3 speed hand shift kick-start Garelli in Columbus OH

Beach Club Nick /

I just don't ride this enough to justify owning it. I just cleaned the carb and it's blasting. Previous Euro Teen owners converted it into a top tank, I like it but it could be changed back to a step through very easily.

The good:

Runs like a dream!

Is fast as shit for a stock bike, does like 35-40!

Includes original key for ignition and fork lock!

Foot brake and left hand clutch with rotational gear selector, what's not to love?!

Brakes weren't replaced recently but it stops good!

0 dents in the tank, 0 rips in the seat!

The bad:

Tires need to be replaced, they're dry rotted.

Taillight lense is busted up/cracked, I'm letting super glue set on it right now to keep it intact.

Clutch could maybe use some adjustment? I rode it fine as it is so emphasis on the maybe.

Paint isn't pristine obviously.

$450 firm, that's what I paid for it and more than fair for a euro import fast stock bike with the original ignition and fork lock keys.

That would probably be an absolute blast.

Bump

Re: FS: 3 speed hand shift kick-start Garelli in Columbus OH

You have to remove those plastics tho for it to be rideable as an adult. But really fun I'm sure.

If you want to see some pics of what was done to my avanti mini bike to make it rideable by an adult I can snap a few. Just PM me.

Somebody is self-conscious...

You might have picked the wrong hobby if you don't like looking silly

Oh believe me I tried riding it with the plastics. It was about the shape more than the look. My knees were jutted out rather than curved with the shape. Made the ride nearly impossible. I ended up trimming the plastic down on one of them to try to ride it, but the cur cut plastic just dug into my legs. I ended up removing the engine from that one and putting it on. Grand Sport frame I had lying around.

But the one of these bikes I still have you look ridiculous riding on, but it is comfortable to actually ride. Ha!

Believe me turbo, I'm in this game only because of how ridiculous I look on them. This is how I look on a more normal sized bike anyway...
