Honda Motocompo Battery

Thomas Lennard /

The indicators and horn on my motocompo have become very weak. The headlamp and rear light work as normal. I am guessing the battery needs to be charged, topped up or replaced. Any ideas on what I should do here?

Start in the repair section but you’d be the first Moto compo owner I’ve met that didn’t know what they were doing. Find the number on the battery and order one from amazon and or charge it with a battery tender.

Yeah man, just replace the battery.

It's right under the side body panel if I recall. Been a year and a half since I worked on a Motocompo

Thanks got the reply. They no longer make the same one and interested to know if anyone has a suggestion of what a good replacement one would be?

62NA-2A can be made to fit with a little work.

Or any small AGM 6V Battery would be great.

I made 5x ni-cd penlites work in the original housing, you need a voltage regulator to not blow up the battery's. PM me if interested
