pretty darn clean inside actually. There's some super dry crud at the bottom, but I've cleaned tanks in far worse condition than this with good results.

I'll admit, there is a bit of surface rust from sitting, but i didn't want to scrub it off and try to pretend that it isn't there. I think with some work, a lot of it will polish off.
