This is a NOS EPCO moped carrier which mounts on the rear of your vehicle. It's complete with the mounting hardware package.
It includes the following optional accys (Not pictured):
1) One pair of NOS EPCO support bars which prevent the bike from bumping the rear of the vehicle on hard braking.
2) Two pairs of NOS EPCO nylon cinch straps that secure the bike to the carrier.
