this is nonsense I'm not challenging anyone just pointing it out! just ignore my posting! and I'm not a noob been here for more than a year now and buying stuff from other people here but I don't post a lot, I have 2 hobbits just sold the other 1 so I'm looking for another toy.

In several states the MB5 is a moped. By the traditional definition it's not though.
