More info: the tires are garbage on be wheels and I’ll remove them before shipping. The bearings need regreasing (Front wheel more than rear) and the brakes should probably be looked out. The swingarm comes with the rubber bushing and backplate. The chopper bars are custom fabled and are a little uneven but not too noticeably IMO. The frame; if you want the frame or anything off of it just let me know and I’ll give you a price.

They're pretty huge, they were made to fit a motorcycle so if you put them on a moped I recommend hacking like 2" or 3" off the handles. I'll try to get a pic of them mocked up in a bit.

...but you’d need to cut off the back fender because Free Spirit swing arm is longer.

Yeah, both the swing arm and wheels fit a maxi. And this free spirit swing arm is an upgrade from the stock maxi swing arm. The free spirit swing arm is beefier and will take a larger tire.
