I don't know for sure, but I believe PO may have put on a NOS gas/oil tank. Because it dosen't have any other paint under the yellow and it dosen't look like it has been sandblasted. Very clean inside. The yellow on the tank doesn't match the rest of the bike. Also missing the decals on the tank.
