It seems like the dooms day people actually want shit to hit the fan just so they can say they were right.
Well they kinda we're. But it was inevitable. They were just preoccupied with it..
Our society is more fragile than what alot of people think.
That being said. I'm a caregiver and this shit fucking blows. Really regretting not having a cabin or something far away...prolly gonna do some prepping if this ends ok tho.

around here a lot of old wealthy people are "escaping" to their vacation homes on the vineyard, which has year round residents, and like 2 or 3 ICU beds at the only hospital on-island. (Nantucket Island only has 1 ICU bed. ONE BED)
so full time residents are freaking the fuck out because part-time resident assholes who think they're on vacation are gonna kill all the old people who literally won't survive the Med-Evac flight back to Boston

That’s if they bring it over there! I really don’t see any issue it’s a really remote island and everyone going there is clean. At this point, I think we will just have to deal with it and let it sweep thrue America
