Not sure why he wouldnt be... looks like a solid frame, decent chrome on wheels, decent chrome on forks. Assuming the tank is solid that would be a great start to a top tank garelli build.

Id take you up on that but i really need to keep my bike collection down, i still cant fit everything i want into the sheds. I really like that SSXL but its just the wrong time for me.
