Are those Vespa emblems threaded to go on top of the triple tree center tube? Or is it the headset tube? Idk, but if so I’ll take both PM me.

No these go on the side boxes. None of the emblems on vespa mopeds are threaded.
The one that sometimes is present on triple tree tubes snaps into a plastic insert that in turn snaps into the top of the TT nut hole
