damn, i got the wrong one, looking for an a35 or a55 countershaft, i have an a3 one for trade, and an a3 clutch bell.

im not sure on the interchangeablity of parts. from what i can tell is the gears on an a3 r thinner/slimmer than a35/a55 stuff, the cluthes r thinner as well. sadly don't even have a gear to check.

I have a few countershaft a3 and a35...
I will see if I can dig one out of the squatch hole...
I am almost positive that the one gear can be swapped and it will work...

Which crank you need? Pat, pm me later tonight/Thursday morning. I'm sure I have the cluster you need. What's wrong with the A35 cluster you have?

i have the a3 countershaft (pictured) angled cut first n 2nd, thinner too. the a35/a55 are straight first and angled 2nd, thicker.
unfortunately dont have a good crank laying around.

Yeah it doesn't even matter which crank I have a whole bunch of engines without cranks but yeah I almost positive I can dig up the cluster

I found 2. You can get a working out of.
1 has the 1st gear chipped.the other the 2nd gear is chipped...

The tranny chain is varied make sure they mesh right or it will jump....

^so its pieced together now, first and second gears off treats, and a countershaft off slew.
note: a3 shaft is shorter about 1cm than a35/a55 shaft.
now onto clutch stuff.

Did you torque it to spec twernt lbs it was Newtons.
