Why not drop on a D? ( basically convert it to a C)

Perhaps

Is it pretty plug-n-play? I think the port timing will be goofy.

Can't delete please ignore

Re: WTB Sachs 504 "A" jug

port timing doesnt care. I mean a 2mm longer stroke means +1 mm higher to the head and 1mm farther lower to the bottom, but the timing in the middle is the same. You just have a little less compression and dont perfectly open the exhaust, but it works well. I've dont it alot. But it isnt exactly plug & play - you have to slot the stud holes in the D just to fit the studs in the A case.

It's why the holes in the gaskets are slotted. you can use the base gasket as a template.

Re: WTB Sachs 504 "A" jug

I've got a Jug coming off of my 505/A which I'm replacing with a D jug.

I could let the A jug go to you after I'm done with the swap if you're interested.
