I've never seen a steering wheel on a moped....
I have one that came from Noped Steve's Honda Runaway, but I don't have a key for it.
Hi chris will that lock fit my 82 honda urban express nu50m deluxe I will buy it from you if it does and I can take it to my local lock Smith. If you dont mine can you send me a picture here is my cell number

You are correct no are shown in the manual however there are two hole slots in the front fork when you turn the steering wheel to the left there two holes that line up perfectly for a lock as an option.
there are many options that you could go for it, buy a Honda Cub C70 steering lock aftermarket for about $15 or less....but if you wanted matching key then cost you more....see these links for references, you can find them cheaper...Have a good one!

I'm curious after seeing some of these responses: did you mean a steering column lock or an ignition switch lock?
the ignition one could be useful as I've had more than one ignition switch show screwdriver destruction after being parked.
I had a fork lock popped pretty easy on a moby. One good hard jerk on the handlebars will pop some of those frame locks.
Richard, just get one of the things Kevin linked for you, way cheaper than paying a locksmith.
Thank you so much Chris.
