You’d have to be nuts to part that bike out

Just my opinion but...why do you keep buying them then? If you dont buy these bikes to keep or fix, why put yourself in a situation where they either have to be quickly bought whole or else be put on a chopping block?

Unless, you're saving them from a worse fate (junkyard) by buying them in the first place, I would just leave them for someone else to find and treasure. Not that it's not helpful to the community that you're finding them, but it sucks to see whole bikes parted. (edited)

Meh, its a step through. Plenty of those around to last another 40 years. Parting it out it ain't so bad if the majority of parts truly get utilized.

Think it would fit in the trunk of a Crown Vic? My truck is too uncomfortable for me to drive that far, you should stash it until spring, probably get more whole then.
