$350 firm gets you everything pictured minus ebr forks (they are sold). Solid tank, nice seat (minor tears - nice nice pan), plastics are in good shape (need paint, no cracks), frame is straight (1 side cover tab mount cut off), wheels (usable but not great, missing brake plate on front), etc... i also have a few things not picture like E50 clutch cable bracket that come with it.
