Hello!
I am new to the moped world and recently picked up a Batavus M56. Unfortunately, after speaking with a few mechanically inclined individuals, it was confirmed that the engine is useless. I know this might be a long shot, but does anyone have a running Laura M56 engine for sale?

Any idea what their definition of useless is? Bad crank, frozen top end, etc.
It'll be easier to find whatever parts you need as opposed to an entire motor

So you need another worthless motor with a bad gear box. Then you will have two worthless motors to make one good worthless motor with.
I'd advise you to get another bike instead of wasting time and money reviving the turd you have..
