Honda Urban Express Deluxe. Had it running for a moment but then stopped. Still have original carb. Stuck a new carb in this week but the problem of fuel leaking out the carb remains. Moving to a place where mopeds are motorcycles so no point in fixing it. Has title. Has the headlight modification to prevent blown headlights. I’ll part if there is enough interest.

God dang, this is a reasonable bike! It shouldn't be parted out. If I were closer I'd snatch it even WITH the dented frame.
Started taking it apart. I apologize to anyone wanting a part. When I finally had time I couldn’t find my tools.
