$1400
not parting out
Philadelphia, PA
Oh.
No trades
why so cheap? a top tank derbi is non-existent where i live. this would be $1800...easy
Because it's not finished and if you add up all the parts it is not worth $1400
@kevin
it’s a fair price and will include extra pieces (good chance to customize a solid bike but does need time and $ to finish)
@dr
Derbi parts like these are worth the $, but not everyone sees the value the same and that’s ok.
i wish i had this.

Wish you’d be willing to sell without the motor, but such is life. PM me if you change your mind about not parting out, glws!
@tom
YOU could sell the motor
Not trying to criticize but you could probably reach more people if you provided any information about what you’re selling!! ~GLWS~
@cole
It’s true, this is a terrible for sale post
This is a “hybrid” project that obviously needs some more time and $. It would really be a great opportunity for someone looking to customize a solid, rare, top tank moped.
As it sits the original frame was from a Sachs G3 (with parts cut + custom parts added)
Front end is from a Tomos revival
engine is from a stock low low mileage Derbi ds50 flatreed
rear wheel is old NOS from BJ and Handybikes era..
If you are seriously interested please send me a message and I can give further details.
I can include pedal arms, extra clutch bell, seat, chain, etc. but it is not 100% running and there is no title rn.
Thanks for reading!
used Gianelli hiboy exhaust included

I would want this in about 6 months. Rn my wallet can't take another beating...
How much for the tank?
@dylan
Please read the original post
Oh oops haha, if you so ended to partying it out late me know about the tank glws
ttt
up
.
back to school..
Here’s why the price is what it is
200 front end
400 frame
200 tank
300 engine and swingarm
300 exhaust and extra parts
intake/belt/clutchbell/variator/extra Derbi spoke front wheel
Does that mean your ready to part it out or just justification to the price?
When has a moped ever been worth the total sum of their parts?
