He wants a nice, fully functioning tomos (all lights) and he wants to pay no more than $900. He lives in Cleveland Ohio. I think his wanted add was plenty clear and in Ohio his offer is more than fair.
Ive seen a few mopeds around ohio for decent prices. Try the 'letgo' app, CL, yadda yadda. Im sure you already know that mopeds arent usually new, and require plenty of maintenance. Doesnt mean you cant find one that runs! (I dont think "flawlessly" is a word thag can even apply to most peds, though)
