This is actually a relatively rare version of the Solex...known as a Corsaire. It was a Special Edition version of the S 3800, made at the Impex factory in Berettyoujfalu Hungary as Pat stated. Impex made several Special Edition versions. This one is from approximately 1997-98. Not worth 650 imo, but would be a nice addition to a Solex collection at a lower price.

a Solex made in the 90s rather than the 60s would be pretty sweet actually; those old ones are super fun but usually so janky after 60 years of tough love
