This is a 1970s malaguti moped the motor has 130 PSI of compression and very good spark if you would like a part you have to come get it or buy the whole thing would be better
That was fast. It's a shame, you have the hardest parts of getting it running (compression and spark). All you'd need is a clean carb, a bucket of evapo-rust, new tires and you'd have a nice bike.
A lot of spokes are shot on the rear wheel and I had a popping when I put fuel in the intake manifold but I decided to part it out to fund a another project a 1971 Kawasaki Enduro 175
