I don't know if this would help. But I have used a bunch of these on small motorcycle restorations. They look the part and are about 10 dollars each. Coming from Tucker Rocky your local motorcycle shop would be the source. So 10 bucks with no shipping charged. I am pretty sure they have an M8 thread. You can have your dealer verify with TR.
