You can’t tell it from the pics but the frame is trash. So up for part out.
The motor is the rare 2 speed NOI engine. Has compression and will come with the wire harness, all mounting hardware, & carb. $200 plus ship.
Make offers on anything else. if you want to pick up parts I’m located in Cincinnati Ohio. I can hold parts for a good while with payment... so make whatever pick up arrangements you want.
I might be interested but would need to see if 2nd speed clutch bell has any cracks in center mount first.
