Here's the story. I was browsing craigslist while away on vacation and spotted this ped for sale for a decent price. I took a gamble on it and sent a friend of mine to pick it up, and in the end this deal turned sour for me and now I'm stuck with a ped that I do not have the time, money, or resources to complete.
This used to be a complete ped, the only thing that would prevent you from putting this all together would be the front wheel which needs to be respoked (old ones were rusted)
Things to note:
-Frame is in decent shape, I treated the tank with evaporust however some flash rusting has returned.
-Original engine was toast, I purchased a used engine off the B/S/T forum that came with an aftermarket intake (installed) and a soft seized polini 70cc cylinder that is not installed. The new engine is complete with a 5 wire stator (missing cylinder head in pictures but I have it)
-Original gurtner carb is there and complete
Basically, I need this project to move on to someone who has the time, knowledge, and money to complete it. I really do not want to part this out and ship a hundred different packages across the country but if the offer is right and there's enough interest in other parts, then it is a possibility.
As for price, I do not have a set number in mind so I'm open to offers. However, whoever comes and picks it up will walk away with a good deal.
