Let me rephrase that, an obvious rattle can job on the tires/spokes to match the paint? YEAH RIGHT. Traverse City, for whatever reason, has the worst moped prices I've ever seen. $700+ for stock bikes all the time. There was a dude trying to sell a Moby for $2500 not too long ago.
