fyi there is a screw on the side of the horn to tune it, often when a horn doesnt work its because the screw needs to be adjusted. its a beauty, if i had the money id be all over it.

have you ever seen the website scooterfinds.com ? its a pretty good resource to comb through ebay and craigslist ads for small engine bikes
