whats your budget? because a certain limit will only allow a certain outcome... if you have no cash then maybe your not ready to get into mopeds... Dont forget about license plates and insurance...

titled bikes automatically have a premium on them here. i have not been riding peds all that long, but have already bought and sold enough of them in chicago to learn this. if you want a runner you can get plated you probably will have to up your budget...
