Let me make this a little clearer:
The tires are not for sale. The wheels are for sale for $175 shipped. With that price you do not get the tires but you do get a practically new chain cut for 17x36, hardly used 36t sprocket, newer brake shoes and a brand new larger pedal sprocket.

$175 with no tires. SHIPPED. It costs about $30 to ship wheels with UPS, it ain't cheap. these are decent five stars so I will not go down on the price.

I don't understand why these tires are so sought after, seriously. i'm sure treats will get them back in stock and there are other tires that are comparable OR better.
