I am currently looking to sell my Motobecane Sebring. (Not Motomarina).
I've had this bike sitting for well over a month. & would just like to get it over with. I've had it running as is/stock. Topping out at 18-20 Mph. Not sure why it was so low. I just do not have the cash to let a bike just sit around.
I received the bike with the MO2 attached & the bike was not running. I later on bought an MO1 from locals, Along with the 60cc polini reeds kit. For this motor. At the time I knew nothing about the upgrades/different motor. The kit came without a ring. The Kit is discontinued, As well as the ring. I have gotten in contact with a man who will make a custom ring for $12 bucks.
My intentions with this bike we're to "locate" the ring & then mount the MO1, throw the kit on & rip. I found out tonight that the MO1 does not mount to this ped without some adjustments. The bottom hole is wider than on the MO2, as this motor came off a motomarina.
The Bike was blue when I got it, It's no longer blue. I sprayed it Green. The paint job isn't perfect. Looks great from far away. But wouldn't hurt to give it a real paint job.
I am located in Chicago. Can deliver within reasonable distance for a fee.
Everything is there. MO2 was running prior to dismounting it. MO1 was recently rebuilt by prior owner. & has had very minimal mileage put on it.
