As title states. No tank, seat is in good condition. It's a bit of a jumble, but the motor DOES run, clutch discs need replaced aswell as tires and tubes. No beauty queen but for 20 more bucks and an hour of your time you will have a solid motor and frame fork and wheel set to go with it. Make an offer, possibly looking for another bike for trade aswell
