I did not know that. A non-variated 103? Is that only the rigids? Doesn't matter, though, all I really need is the frame. It will be variated when I'm done with it. :)

Lots of 103s are not variated! The rigids are extra nice because they don't have the stupid swingarm setup so there's a lot more room around the motor!!
These are killer frames but need some modding to be variated. Great for a ripping one speed or for a dual variated set up if you got skills.
