we got a 15mm bing in proper condition. run for a full season on a 50cc project i had going.
i stripped out the clamp screw but replaced it with a better alternative as pictured in picture 2.
also it comes with couple of these special gas resistant double sealing o-ring for where the carb meets the intake. no more pesky airleaks there!
now while M A I Z E's carb is shinier and has an intake, it certainly doesn't have this o-ring.

This is a good deal for a 15mm, mine was only a 14.
You could let use know the atomizer size and if it comes with a jet.
Also. Show us this O-ring! Pull it out. I wanna see what I m missing. I have never heard of it.
If its a standard o ring and not a special one it would move the carb out just enough to make the intake line up with the gap on the clamp and leak even more. . .
Also, go get some wet/dry sand paper. 400, 600, and 800. Make it shinny. You could make it mirror if you really wanted to.

it is this type of o-ring, double seal, with the proper size when the lips are compressed it is just a hair bigger ID then 15mm and the OD fits perfectly around the intake and the back metal part of the clamp creating a solid path for air fuel mixture to pass. literally sit there and drowned that spot in carb cleaner and with no hiccups.
And according to the specs when its squished down it only .070" thick, so it wouldn't cause problems.
and it comes with a size 64-70 or 76-84 of your choice and i think 2.17 atomizer. I'll check tomorrow and give a more complete list of jet sizes i can provide. (edited)
i panicked and got the Viton® fluoroelastomer ones cause i dunno if the bing intake would ever get past 250°F but i know it won't get past 400°F
13 bills for 25 wasn't bad, if only i had more then 2 bings at most ever. maybe if treats or 1977 carried em we could all get em at a much lower price.
