You will most likely have an extremely hard time finding this head light. It is made of plastic and un-obtanium. I would just switch to a QT50, round headlight champ or chappy headlight.
I do have an owners manual, service manual, and I believe an original sales brochure for a 77 LB803d Champ if you are interested.
