I'm looking to buy a Puch, preferably a 70s Maxi, Newport or similar, in the Seattle area. Price I'm willing to pay depends on what you are offering. I would need a vin tag in readable condition on the frame and a bill of sale signed by the seller...or title. Would appreciate any leads.
