Same here man - Emmanuel is doing a full restore on my '56 Mobylette and my SP50R up in NC, and all my other peds are up in NC so I haven't been able to cruise at all recently :(
As for the manufacturer, no idea really, I'll double check and take pics later tonight

This is $75 with decomp and it's special order on 1977
