I am in the market for a moped in the Dutchess County area or anywhere within about 100 miles of Rhinebeck, NY. If you know of any good moped dealers in this are, please let me know.
I am looking at cafe racers in particular. Also, I am interested in owning a moped that does not require a motorcycle license, or if I can help it, insurance (I do not know about NY, but I think this would fall under the Class C category).
