MOPED ARMY

I found a 77 tomos sport in the corner of my garage, I am interested in selling it to someone that will restore it. I haven't tried turning the engine but it's been idol for some time... All the parts seem to be in order, i have a chain cover and some other part on the side... It's green... Condition 5/10 Id say 10 being new from store 1 being a pile of rust... This is in Chicago so pick up only unless you arrange shipping.... I have no clue as to what this is worth so willing to take a good offer... I have pictures but they are on a camera with a dead battery, i will post new pics by request, just email me...
