I currently am running on a mountain bike with a 80cc motor and my friend has been slowely introducing me into the moped world. Now I would like to buy one. I really love the flat top puch's but right now, price and condition are my main concerns and I am willing to look at any model. Anyone have any mopeds for sale in the York City/Pennsylvania area? I def will. he is coming over to chill tomorrow to see if I can find a moped for about 200-300 bucks. Just want it running at this point. I am a mechanic, I can fix most anything else.
