WTB AV7 variator

Right now I've got the sucky dimoby clutch. I hate pedaling like crazy from stop in order to get going again, and crave the low end magic of a variator.

I'm looking for a complete stock variator in decent condition, unless this

will be a direct swap onto the shaft when the dimoby is removed.

Brand new ones from 1977 are $58+shipping. I bought one and it's all chromy and shiney..ooooooohh ooohhh

Re: WTB AV7 variator

Yeah, I know, but I don't want to spend $70 for a brand new part to get to Minneapolis when I could spend less for a used one that works just fine, and then polish it if I want it shiny. 8 month old kids tend to suck up spare cash...

Re: WTB AV7 variator

It's all how you save..5month, 3yr, 2-6yr olds here..and I'm also rebuilding a moby..moby's are expensive so yeah..if you need other parts get ahold of Nick Wisner or Brokane up there....parts galore and super cheap..
