2001 Tomos Targa Lx with 169 original miles. It needs the carb cleaned out and might need new innertubes. Other then thats its in perfect condition. My asking price is $400 firm, but try me.

I forgot to mention that i cleaned the carb and bought 2 new innertubes for it. so its in superb condition.
