I have a set of 17" snowflakes that where juat powder coated black. What condition is the za that comes with. what does it include.

More interested in trading....I want to leave these available for a possible trade first before selling...I still want to have a set of wheels for my other bike - if I sell, i won't have a set for my other maxi that's in pieces. I want the 8 stars for my slick pinto.
