I'm looking for a set of tires for my magnum build, and really like how the Michelin M29s look. I can't seem to find them anywhere so I figured maybe someone here would have a spare set. New or used is ok.

check your local motorcycle shop, most have accounts that carry all sorts of tires that will fit mopeds

M29's are Gazelles right? If so 17' only come in 2.25, 2.50 and 3.0.

No, there different then Gazelles. I believe Gazelles are M62's but I could be wrong.
