its a 1980. the frame is good but has a couple small rust holes at the bottom of the tank. tires, hubs, breaks, stock handlebars and the apes, seat, exhaust, i have the engine its missing a few parts but its still good.

stator plate and electrical?
i dont know about either. the eletrical is all there i dont know if it works. the motor wasnt running when i got it. so no eletrical for me.
as for stator plate i am unfamiliar what that is. (new to mopeds)
spray some PB Blaster in there (and with the head off)
see if u have a 1/2 drive impact socket that will fit down inside of the jug/the same diam. as the slug.
