Gotsts a title? I will buy the title and vin and you can just give the frame to the scrap man or something. Wisconsin is such a facist regime about titles. Everyone loses them on the old mopeds and no one will issue new ones. Or if it makes you feel better I will come get the frame vin and title ifn you have one.
